Kahaaneelu cheppoddhu

Janardhan Maharshi is an excellent narrator, story teller. Katha vinnantha sepu nice ga untadhi, even Nagarjuna flipped for his story (Akka Baavekkada). He holds the credit of making EVV create three films based on one theme out of which only one worked…Kanyaadanam, Chaala Bagundhi and Maa aavida meedha ottu mee aavida chaala manchidhi. A sishya of Tanikella Bharani he has the reputation of watching all South Indian films, ikkada o bit, akkada o bit and amalgamates it into one neat story (he is said to have the best collection of story ideas from Tamil films). The word that he is giving flops to all must have stung him hard so he made Gopi-Goda Meedha Pilli and gifted a flop to himself. That must silence his detractors. Heard he gave the ‘treatment’ to Bhookailas and many others cooked the broth. Siva Nageswara Rao no wonder kangaaru padipoyi loaded the film with sentiment in the second half. Better luck next time.
