As far as I know Nag is a cool person and an Ajatashatruvu.He doesn’t care for the reviews because he believes that it’s the people who make it run. Best example he cited once was Nenunnanu. The journalists have written it off and the film became a big hit. Anyways, fans are like that only….like we give biased reviews they like to show inflated collections. No one is hell bent on proving a film is a flop.
The producers, the artistes and others concerned should accept the verdict of the people, that way our rajakeeya nayakulu are far more humble. Also heard that Nagarjuna stated on the television that we are the ones asking him why multi-starrers don’t work in telugu cinema and when Lawrence does something like Don, we pass remarks this way. Ante Lawrence is a star?
At the Krishnarjuna audio release, he also said that this film might herald multistarrers. Sivaji kooda chaala inspire ayyi oka interview lo Nag ni metchukunnaru. BTW does he mean Vishnu is a star already? If two actors in a film ki samaanamaina role unte adhi multi-starrer avuddhi. Otherwise it’s a guest role. That way do we call SDZ a multi-starrer? Ee lekkana mana industry lo multi-starrers eppudo votchesaayi.  Â

Dear Mr. Nagarjuna,
I totally understand that you will be receiving tons of fan mails day to day. My humble request is if at all you have a chance please read my letter. This is my first letter I am writing to somebody I don’t even know well other than an onscreen acquaintance.
From my childhood I have been a big fan of you. The only dream I ever had was to meet up with you one day and say” Dear Nagarjuna I am your No. 1 fan”.
Your first movie I saw was “Chaitanya”. It was telecasted on small screen when I was in 10th standard (1996). I felt it to be a very experimental movie since then I started watching all your movies. I watched vikkidada,akhariporatam, prema youddham ,neti sidhartha, shantikranti,sankeerthana and so on. Each move you acted was different. The creation of something new is not so easy. All your movies show the hard work and sensitivity you have in you. Your career path exactly suites this quotation “Great Acting always dances with danger”.
Please don’t mind if I say that lately your experimentation is not up to the expectations. I don’t mean that each and every movie you do should be a hit. ‘Antham” was not a hit but was a masterpiece; “Govinda Govinda” was a good movie but was a disaster.
I have seen your recent movies. I didn’t expect confused gestures from a matured actor. I do understand that it is hard to get a good script now a days. But still I felt that the sensitivity you usually have in selection of movies is completely lost. Sir, as a true fan of yours I wont expect a commercial box office hit from you at any point of life as I feel that you were never a part of this sick commercial battlefield at all. You have your own style and taste. You are unique. I request you to stick to it.
On behalf of your fans I just had few questions if you would like to answer yourself:
1. Why do you stick to muddy love stories? One heroin, one/two heros if it’s a love triangle, villain (usually heroin’s brother/father). One sad song, one happy song, one mass song, one family song,
2. Why don’t you show that the present definitions of hero, villain, heroin and comedian in a movie are wrong?Hero: Who beats 10 people at a time with a forceful punch and a big bashhhh sound in the background..Shoot the action of hero in 10 different angles, kick the villain he flies to the highest level possible and falls down. Shoot this also in all possible angles. Sing a song with heroin in rain/beach/what so ever. Heroin: Irresistible and sick. Villain: Oh my god. He kills cru rally and brutally, followed by 100 people with SUV.And hero kills these 100 people with different stunts. Comedian: Forceful insertion of a character in the story.
3. Why don’t you go for a performance based movie? Along with Annamayya and Sri Ramadasu there are lot more heroic images in the history of our nation. Subject could be any of the following Indian Revolution , Indus valley civilization, maurya empire, golden age of India, chalukyas, cholas, pallavas, First war of Indian independence, Indian infra structure, economic decline, how the northern regions were united and fragmented. People are needed to be educated on the history of our evolution. What was Andhrapradesh’s early dynasty, how does muslim expansion took place. What were the consequesces. How did Hyderabad became the capital of andhrapradesh etc.Go for some real stories. Real pain of the people, real living. You don’t need to be a king or emperor. You can be a common man and lead.
4. Why do you support these whole puzzled at the height of fashion movies? I have no word to explain this height fashion sir.
Please do a movie for yourself .Feel the passion that you are an Icon and you are the leader.
