Waiting for Chiru’s ‘yes’
It is great news for all those who want Chiranjeevi to jump into politics. Great news not because he has announced, great because he has laid to rest all those remarks that he is some kind of goda meedha pilli, indecisive and apprehensive.
Many actors say that they have a lot to achieve and every day is a different day for them when they step into the studio to take up a new role. But in reality it does get boring for actors, atleast for Chiranjeevi; he once told me that monotony is creeping into his work.
Even if you put in 100 percent effort when the script is not right, when things are not in your control, none can save your films. Even fans can’t make it run for many days. Chiranjeevi has perhaps decided he had his share of success in films and probably wishes to see his son’s career take a shape.
It’s now or never for Chiranjeevi. Heard he’s using this period to take reports, to assess remarks and in general do all the spade work before arriving at a conclusion. The only thing that’s weighing heavily on his mind is..that he doesn’t want to alienate any section of the society and squander away all the good will he has accumulated over the years.
But it is difficult to please all the people. With minimum damage, minimum risk the actor probably wants to launch a party that will not only be something ideal and fresh but also elevate the image he has as a social worker in the society.
There are many politicians like Mulayam Singh, Mayavati waiting for his word and more than 50 MLAs could readily move to his side. And money, there is no dearth and about 100 crores can be easily accumulated to fund the launch of a new party. All those will fall in place automatically, but what some bigwigs in film nagar say is that the actor has to first do away with some so called devotees who bad mouth him the moment Chiranjeevi is out of sight.

Yep. He is an overrated actor and the media drummed up his image in the past 2-3 years w/ the onslaught of web savvy folks all around.. He is neither a campaigner, nor have command of the language to attract mass audience. He will for sure who the true allies are once he steps into political front.
On your unwaverng loyalty to him and his family, it’s not boredom Madam but his lack of adaptability to changing times as an actor, why he has having a hard time to find scripts..because he thinks movies are a platform to drum up his ego and “IMAGE”..

I am a great fan of Chiranjeevi. He is an influencing personality…on & off screen. I appreaciate his plans to enter politics. But as a well wisher, fan….I do not like to see chiranjeevi as a politician. As per my assessment, he cannot create the wave like Sr.NTR. , Chiru does not have that political charisma. He has to face lot of criticism and thereafter, he might end up winning very few constitunencies at a max of 50 seats, which will put him in a situation, like “dhobhi ka kutta”.
I pray, Chiranjeevi to be confined to Tollywood and do some contribution to the Telugu Film Industry, rather than entering into the dirty politics. I want to see him as large as NTR , by making his contribution as an actor, apart from breaking collection records, etc. Not in terms of Fancy stuff.
As an actor, he has to be innovative, contribute something big to the Telugu Film Industry, where generations have to talk about him. With all due respect to my Mighty Megastar - Chiranjeevi.

i am neither a fan of Chiranjeevi nor his hater.but i have been watching him right from his first film Pranamkhareedu.though i too very young at that time and an Krishna fan due to proximity with his family and the trend among the young people,i found two ort hree spark like moments in that film where he dances,he fights and inthe climax he kills the villain.and fromthen onwards like everybody else i too watched many of his films.when he entered into the web of RAGHAVENDRARAO,Paruchuri brothers who are notorious empty spoon feeders,aswinidutt etc and a bunch of professional flaterers in the guise of film journalists impressed upon him that he is, he will, and he alone substitute NTR both in filmdom and state politics.surprsinsingly he was forced to believe that.but as per his personal life he is far away from any vices.and his social service also praise worthy.coming to the politics he can flout a party, he can contest he can win but everyone knows Chiranjeevi always crowded by his own coterie and those clowns will make him loose all of the mileage for their vested interests neither the fans nor the empty spoon feeders can run the state administration without possessing an over all command on the issues pertaining the state,as per the trend Chiranjeevi never shown any.i would like to suggest him to intensify the social services and become as an pressure group who ever at the helm of affairs either Congress or others.dont trust the film nagar people’s “confidential reports’which boasts as if Governor is waiting

Chiru is too good a person to enter politics. The qualities to be a successful politician are back stabbing,selfishness,oppurtunism and chiru lacks these qualities. Chandrababu Naidu who backstabbed his father-in-law to become CM is the best role model of a successfull politician. I think people around Chiru are unnecessarily forcing him to join politics for their interest. Watch out Chiru!!!

Why is it that after your high peak time in your film career ends, all actors seek to get into politics? We know it’s where money and fame can still be had, and power to boast, but are all these actors worthy of being leaders of the people? Are they capable of being good leaders, with good management skills? It’s not just enough to be a good person. One must have the command for such a responsibility. Just because one is a matinee idol doesn’t become a default for entrance. I feel sorry for the mass, they can’t think beyond these barriers. That is why the people of TN/Andhra are so star crazy and foolish. The smart have gotten richer and smarter, but the stupid mass have remained poor, and kept bottled in poverty.

Amitabh antati vade politics ni vadilesi, cinemaalu chesu kuntunnadu.. In fact, Amitabh’s choice of roles in his second innings as an actor are more memorable than the stereo type roles he used to do in 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s..

I am neither a fan of Chiru nor a hater.
He does lack of charisma and courage like NTR. Which are needed qualities to be a successful politiocian.
He amy have support from his community and his fans. But, that aint enough to be winning politician.
After listening to the speech in vajrotsavam. I come to a conclusion that he is very emotional and loose temper quick. These are most dangerous qualities for a politician as well.

I always admired Chiru’s work ethic and his dedication to the craft. But, he never won the ‘hearts’ and ‘minds’ of moviegoers like Sr. NTR or ANR did..NTR, ANR bottom 10 cinemalalo chesina roles, Chiranjeevi life lo chesi undadu..It bothers me to even put elders like NTR, ANR in the same league as Chiranjeevi.. Edo prasthutam unna media culture lo, naluguru cheppevi vini party pettesthe, votulu padi pothayanukunte, it is foolishness.. If he has something to offer, he wouldn’t have cared to others’ opinions and keep on waiting…if the differentiating factor is social service, mana heroine lu kooda chestunnaru including character actors..I don’t think that is enough..
Bottom line: No guts no glory!

Hi,
I am a g88 fan of chiru. As an actor he is marvelous. Everyone is talking abt his political entry. I think he have all qualities to enter into politics. But thts not enough to success in politics. One need some tampering knowledge where chiru is far from that. He is good human being and i thnk his nature is not fit in politics.
Chiru, we are well enjoying ur presence in screen. Please dont go into politics where you may have to face many critics however u r so good.

He will become scapegoat for others (so called selfish supporters) interests losing the glory he is enjoying in the film field and as well as in politics, if at all succeeded. As mentioned earlier by Maximus, he will become “dhobhi ka kuttaâ€.

one has to analyze how come NTR became a CM just with in months after floating a party???
1. there was no opposition to Congress and ppl were fed up with Congress. They were looking for an alternative.
2. people were not so biased and were fair minded with out any reservations on community of a contestant unlike what is going on now.
3. Today, there is congress,TDP,TRS which have strong support and have their own electoral base. It is next to impossible to float a new part and to take over all these groups to become a CM.
4. People were dumb/starving/vexed to get a new CM and so buyed into the dialogs of NTR. can’t say the same for current generation.
so the chances of Chiru floating a new party and becoming CM are almost neglible unless he has a chanakya behind him who guides him to become a chandra gupta maruya of this era.

This is the best time to get into politics. Telangana people are not happy with TRS & Congress. They never support TDP. His party will have good chances to win in Telangana. He got good fan following in Rayalaseema and among Kapu caste in Andhra. He will get support from many film stars.
A good time to start the party and to contest the elections.
Is that the reason why CBN & NBK got together again to strengthen TDP?
Chiru’s entry will be a big blow to Congress. He will split Congress votes. TDP hardly got any Chiru supporters.
If Chiru starts a party he could easily win 80 seats in AP.

Chiru,, If you think you rae caipable running the party and comfortable to take the risk of being critcised and do the same , You can enter into politics.
My concern is people arround you can make use of you for their selfishness. Please be careful and be alert. If you wanna do something for the country and make some significant changes in the system ,which people desire…just go ahead and take the decision. We are with you for ever.
The mejor devils are the corruption and and caste politics . Please make sure to be away from them and try to eradicate them . The present politicians encashing people’s weekness interms of caste. You need to be educated and planned before entering into politics about what exactly you wanna do .
