Our TFI is famous for ignoring our telugu or south indian actresses when it comes to giving them roles despite them being talented and beautiful but when it comes to Mumbai, we are open to down loading thousands of pics/portfolios of Mumbai models and actresses and pay them a crore within a couple of films. A comedian pointed out at this pathetic state. He narrates, “when small girls cry in Mumbai, mothers fuss over them, ro math beti, jab tum solha saal ki ho jaogi, andhra se bewakoof producers aayenge, phillum mein heroine ka role dhenge aur hum idhar ek allishan apartment aur gaadi kareedhlenge.” Then the girls stop crying.

Our heros will get plastic surgeries done for their kids and send them to TFI.At the same time they don’t encourage to send their daughters as heroines.So we have to go to Mumbai to get masala heroines for our very old heroes.Who knows,balayya’s next film might be with Aishwarya Rai or deepika padukone.
Yeah, Sindhura could be called Telugu in the wider sense, but hey come on, can she act. She looks good though.
All actresses are treated second to our lead actors, who are too busy to create a mass image or are already stuck in a mass image. If only they (the male leads) could act and have no ego, we would see more good cinema and better roles for actresses, telugu or non-telugu.
People go to see Illeana, so she gets paid, if people were crazy about Veda, she would command the same price.
