Are Cabinet Ranks for ever?

Pidugu ki biyyaniki oke mantram. Blame the journalists for everything. That is the policy of the government. When methods are being adopted to silence the voice of the editors, there is every need for the journalist fraternity to come together.Today it is the Andhra Jyothi editors tomorrow it can be someone. But what can we do if there are some journalists who professs loyalty on one end (tell us that they are against the arrest) and act as advisors to the CM (tell him ‘memu sardhi cheppamu lendi”) misleading him.

Heard of Parvastu Chinnaya Soori’s Mitra Labham Mitra Bhedam? The characters Karataka Damanakulu? These men are famous for creating trouble. Here both of them appear on the scene and give a ‘build up’ as If they are espousing the cause of journalists. Most of the scribes are upset with them, their attitude. There are above 1000 accredited journalists, how many of them participated in the agitation? Migatha vaalu emi ayyaru? Aasalu veelu sympathisersaa?

Rendu round table conferences jarigayi. In one, a journalist says there are limits, don’t write against the government, next conference lo version maripoyindi. Earlier thodu dongalu, now trimurthulu. there are three. If they are real sympathizers, they should have resigned from their posts and should have voiced their opinion against the govt. Post ki extensions kaavali, let’s make hay while the sun shines , pakkanodu etla pothe manakenti? CM chutoo eegalu.

Delhi lo CM and M Krishna were meeting and the latter did ask why the arrest is being delayed. CM called the DGP and the action followed but what about Chiranjeevi’s fans? Chiru Cong vaipu vostharani ekkado hopeaa? Or they don’t want to hurt people like Kanna lakshminaryana or D Srinivas ?

It is a sad day when journalists are attacked (not just arrested) for protesting. Just because a person is BC/SC or ST for that matter, shouldn’t one have a right to protest against them.

In a true democracy, there is even a right to burn the nations flag and get away with it. It is well within most advanced nations citizens rights.

All these journalists did was to slap the effigy of a so called caste leader.

The best response from all concerned citizens would have to be making more and more effigies and burning them again, live on TV. Let’s see how many more people will they put in jail for the same crime.

    Jail Bharo
