Biggest Scam in Cong History: GO No: 273

Revenue ULC - G.O No:-273, Dt:20-09-2007. Matrix Prasad ..the beneficiary. He gets ULC exemptions for above 100 crores worth of properties in hyderabad and visakhapatnam. Around two lakh crores worth of land got Urban Land Ceiling exemptions in the last four and a half years. In this 30% to 40% goes off in corruption. Before  none of the govt’s indulged in such large scale corruption. In Four and a half years 3000 GOs and more were passed benefitting (?) 5000 people/organizations/companies.

Another biggest scam is in the history of the Cong ….which appeared in AJ day before yesterday. Why has the CM’s brother in law not filed a defamation so far? Is he accepting it?
