                       ¨       YSR  exploited the former  CM  Bhavanam Venkatram’s clout to get transfers of excise officials  and   minted  graft from them.

¨        The  misuse of power concession  for his AP carbides   unit   at Kurnool    had cost  crores to the state power  utility.

¨       The natarajan commission had  exposed  the illegal mining  done in the   geological monument of  barytis    at  Mangapeta  in Kadapa district  by the YSR .

¨       The drama of  Outer Ring Road  land deals by his  family and the  antics of CBI  enquiry  in the murder of  TDP leader of  Anantapur Paritala Ravindra  is a well known issue.

¨       Is it not a fact that the  Congress govenrmetn has  shelved the  Lokayukta report on misdeeds  in the yellampalli  irrigation project.

¨        Have your forgotten the   certificate of corruption  and the role of your  CMO  given by your  chief vigilance commissioner  Ramachandra Samal  ?

¨        Why  are so jealous of the  election promises  made by the TDP ?

¨       Did you not  with draw  your  corruption  petition filed   in the AP high court against the then TDP chief minister     after a pompous  declarations and  media coverage ?

 

 IS  RAJASEKAHRA REDDY A BORN  TYCOON ?

¨        Why YSR   did not  declare   his assets  of Rs.100 crore   in his  election affidavit , if  he had   such properties   during the   regime of  K Vijaybhaskar Reddy itself. Can he  also  display the  income tax  returns filed  for the same amount ? .

¨       His statement at Mahbubnagar( 16-2-2003 ) of   spending  the money earned by his son does not tally with his earlier  property statements . How come.

¨       Is it not a fact that  you  made a  deal with Ishwar Rao of Karimnagar  for Rs. 30 lakhs  to get the  3 MW  mini hydel power project  on Saraswati Canal  at  Karaimnagar  to engage your  derelict  son  and later duped   the original bidder.

¨       Where did you raise the Rs.120 crore   investment for the  Sandur  power project  in Karnataka    bagged in your sons name .

¨       Have you not  triggered the  project  cost from Rs. 70 crore to  Rs.100 crore  to suit your  funding  designs ?

¨       Why  has  YSR  bought   shares worth Rs.120 crore  from  a maritius  based company  2i. capital PCC  which was  originally promoted by his own auditor – Vijayasena Reddy .

¨       How come you are raising objections for  TDP and Chandrababu Naidu appointing   their own auditors  ?

¨       Is it not  an  clandestine effort to convert the black money earned in the Jalayagnam bribes from contractors  ?

¨       Is it not  a fact that  you occupied  2134.86  sq. yards of government  land  on  Road No-2 of  Banjara Hills and  now have  legitimized  it   at Rs. 1000  per  sq.yard after  becoming the chief minister  ?

¨          Did you not give your said plot for development before becoming  CM . But now the same  plot is being developed  for you free of cost  by Shyamsundar  Reddy of the Indu Projects 

¨       Is it not  a fact that  YSR has given his own home for commercial development  and also investing Rs.2000 crore  in the  Raghuram Cement  factory  .

¨       Can you declare your properties and assets  as of  an Opposition party leader  and later  as a Chief Minister ? ..

 

 Publicity  expenditure :

 

¨        You have let loose a publicity campaign to camaflouge  the  illegal earnings of   yourself and your  friend and  advisor . Gobbels  would  have a heart attack if he were to be alive  today at your  exploitation of his  publicity schemes .

¨        Is it not a height of  misuse of  office to use  an official helicopter to  visit Edupulapaya estate  to  inspect  your milch cows  ?

¨       Is it not  a fact that you are spending over  Rs.1000 crore per annum for your personal publicity  while ignoring the  peoples problems  and  their welfare.

¨       You  screamed of  Power  charges roll back while  in opposition but how  slapping  energy surchages on people .

¨       Are you not cheating the public in the  name of  cloud seeding  while  there were abundant rains  ?

¨       Are  you not shielding  congress leaders  who have  set up  cement  factories   in the name of house maids and drivers, who are  party to Volkswagen   scam, who are  involved  in seed, fertilizer  and cloud seeding operations  benami and still continuing in your cabinet  ?

¨       Can you  highlight  industries that have come to  AP any other  than your own family enterprises ?

¨       Is your  CMRF  a source of  big scandal . Do you think people are not aware of the deal between your  CMO and the hospitals ?

¨       Are you aware of the  steep corruption in the medical and health departments  and that no drugs  and doctors are available in  government hospitals ?

¨       Has not your government failed  in containing the  Chicken gunya, Dengue, Malaria  epidemics in  rural Andhra ?

¨        Is it not a fact that  syndicates have formed  in irrigation contractors for   Jalayagnam   with  five percent commission in Pre-qualifilication  and   six percent commission in  lift irrigation   and a final   three percent  in the competition bids  ?

¨       Is it not  a fact that you have collected   Rs.1236 crore  from  irrigation sector alone ?

¨       It is not a fact that  your  office has  been paid  a huge sum of Rs.100 crore  by the Emmar properties   for providing  additional prime land of  200 acres  against regulations  ?

¨       The GMR group is said to have paid a  bribe of Rs.200 crore   for  allotment of 300 acres for  development as real estate  near the international airport  . Is that correct ?

¨        Is it not a fact that you received Rs.200 crore  from recommending   certain parties for the 55 SEZ’s  and also Rs.450 crore  as  fifty percent share in the  INDU and BRAHMANI  SEZ’s ?.

¨        It is not a fact that  you are negotiating with parties for a bribe of Rs.500 crore for  relaxing the  G O 111  ?.

¨       Has not your government received a bribe of Rs.100 for  relaxing the ceiling of urban land ceiling  ?

¨       44,991.43 acres of  government land being  allocated to big business  in exchange for  thousands of crores of bribes . It is a fact or not  ?

¨        Has your son  not been given  a 50 percent stake  in the  Raheja  infrastrcutrue  constructions in Hyderabad  over   500 acres  ?

¨        Did not your son get a  fifty percent stake  in the   Gangavaram project  after allotment of 1000 acres of additional land ?

¨         Is your son not  a  fifty percent   partner  in a  Rs.6000 crore   1200 MW mega  hydro project  in Sikkim .

¨       Have you and your son not  acquired  over  1000 acres  around   Bangalore  in the last  three years  ?

¨        Is your  son not  a owner of the  Rs.250 crore  worth  commercial complex  on the  Bannerghatta Road  in Bangalore .

¨        Have your not purchased  25 acres of land   in the Kukkatpally  housing board area  near Hyderabad after assuming  charge as CM ?

¨        Is it not a fact that  your  son is a partner   in the Rs.1200 crore project  at Arunachal   Pradesh   by the APGENCO in partnership with    Ethena  power energy and ventures  Pvt ltd   ?
