Detroit lo Godava
Last evening around 150 Tana members gathered to discuss the issue of Prabhakar Chowdary’s removal. They wanted him back in the post. A skirmish took place, Telugu Desam Party karyakartalu, Jayram voddhu ani started the skirmish. Paruchuri Anjeneyulu’s hand was fractured in this melee. A source says an actor’s nephew didn’t want the general body meeting to go on that was scheduled on the 4th at Atlanta.

Sunita, your information is wrong.
Less than 20 members gathered and tried to pass a resolution in support of Prabhakar Chowdary but more than 100 members went there and stopped the meeting and they had a fighting.
Finally meeting passed the resolution in support of executive committe and supporting the removal of Prabhakar Chowdary

Truth, you are wrong. Your post is absolutely, positively a lie. There were more than 100 people. One group of people came with their coach and started the coached dialogues. That is when some one objected as the introduction is still going on.That is when the mele started. After that every thing went smooth, even though tensions remained high. The coach also talked. The resolution did not support EC or GB. The resolution has 4 suggestions to EC and GB. It seems some coached guy gave you information and you posted! Too bad!

So basically now, in every city, from Detroit, to Washington DC, to SoCal, people are getting together and choosing sides in this ridiculous mess. NICE. Hope everyone in the TANA executive committee and the ex-ex-TANA folks are happy with all of this…
I believe I can speak for many people when I say, you all have FAILED in representing the best interests of the TANA membership. Simply failed. If you all cannot work together, then please let some other people come in and run the show. Enough is enough.
I am tired of seeing daily emails with the latest TANA drama in it. I am tired of the counter-emails, and the web posts we are all directed to read, with the supposed truth in it. This organization has turned into a shambles, and a sorry excuse for a non-profit entity. Please stop the madness, grow up, and move on! That could be the best thing you all could do for us, the Telugu community.
Food for thought…..

As a TANA Life member, I propose a conference call or a Webex, conducted by the TANA Governing Board, explaining the events that have transpired, and proof that the President has not done his job. I would like to see the evidence of his wrongdoings, and justification for his removal. The best way is a Webex, where they can show us the documentation and evidence that he has committed infractions worthy enough for the Governing Board to remove him from his position. The TANA membership has a right to see and understand what has really happened.

How about if people who don’t know anything don’t post nonsense? There were some loud people and indeed Parchuri gaaru did have a bit of an accident, however he was not attacked this post suggests. How about stopping with the propaganda and sending Parchuri gaaru good wishes to feel better soon?
No? Well then back to your mud manufacturing and slinging.
