This producer had toured abroad for film shooting innumerable times. The norm is usually to go with the travel agent as he gets the permissions. This time the producer had gone to a country in the East with his unit and comedy hero without the help of the travel agent. He decided to save a few lakhs by organising the tour on his own. The very confident producer got a shock when the authorities refused the permission, and the unit was left twiddling thumbs. He got back in touch with the agent and in the process had to spend extra money.
