He wanted the hero Naga Babu to adjust the money or call the lab and say a few words so that the film would release on time. The watchman told Mallikarjuna Rao that he had seen Naga Babu going in, so MR walked into his flat. NB’s wife asked him to sit and wait and she would call him. She came back after 10 mts and told him that Naga Babu was not at home. J That was when Posani‘s fracas with Dasari’s manager happened. Hero ga cinema chesi producer ki maata sahaayam chese alavatau mana Babu ki ledhu. You know why these people have no support from the industry and why the rest have.. take this small example.
When Chengal Venkat Rao attempted suicide…he was in a deep financial mess. He had to pay two crores in the lab for the print to come out on time. The exhibitors/buyers were screaming at Ramanaidu Studios. Suresh Babu spoke to NTR and gave him one crore. NTR let go his remuneration and paid one crore. Why should NTR pay in the first place or why should Suresh come ahead and offer help? Adhe mari..difference, adhe maata sahaayam. Ee PRP manushulu anthe. They never help anyone, all those who are going around PRP and Geeta Arts today are of the feeling that tomorrow if PRP wins, they can gain something.Oka vela PRP doesn’t fare well in the poll, okkallu veela moham choodaru. PRP’s slogan is preme lakshyam, seve maargam. Waah!!

I hardly make any comments, this time I could not resist.
If the above case would have happen with Chiru/Pawan/AA/RC. I will totally agree with you, because they have a minimum market and money can be recovered.
If actors like Nagababu keep on helping the producers with whom he worked. He will be bankrupted.
Anji was bailed out by Chiru, go and confirm with shyam prasad reddy garu.
Do not encourage producers who do not have proper planning, this the reason why there are n number of films sleeping in the labs.

THis is my first comment but have read few topics here….
Sunita; u might be right abt this incident where naga babu didn’t help the producer but giving just that incident doesn’t mean u disclosed all the facts abt the case.. there were cases when chiru helped his producers and financers… now if there is a blatant mistake by the producer noone will help him becaue it will set a precedent and becomes a custom..
Here u seem to jump to conclusions at the drop of hat… which is BIASED and INCOMPLETE…

go and check with Shayam prasad reddy, about the commitemnt and support he received during the making of Anji.
he himself told to telugu India Today edition on chiru that he has not paid any remuneration to chiru for Anji.
dont just say whatever u like to satisfy ur senses
do ask the distributors for the movie johny about pawan kalyan.
y do u think obulesu aka tarakratna’s movie mukkanti has not seen day light, y didn’t nandamuri heores bailed the movie out. it is all part of the game.
do you have any idea how many b-grade movies lay inside closed doors…coz of uncleared debts. that is the problem of producers and financiers.
