Stupid sentiment

After the real estate boom, everyone has become rich…road side ruffians and real estate brokers have become producers and financiers. Some have even established TV channels. Despite all the money you can never find an iota of grace in them. The only notable development is that they have the latest cell phone in their hands and they play withthem when they can’t strike a decent conversation when introduced to someone who is not their type. It’s just not politicians who are the crass types, we have some film  people as well who wear a kadak silk or khadi kurta, chew pan and are forever stinking. This producer whom I met has a funny sentiment, a sentiment that embarasses even his building fellows. He has the habit of holding his shirt while coming out of the house and wears it after he is out of the door. Itla cheste film hit avuthundanta! All his movies did well and those that didn’t work out…the reason is he had worn the shirt when he was inside his home.
