I cannot stand the likes of Mohan Babu. He might have been an above average character actor in the 80's, but i don't think anybody ever mistook him for a Naseeruddin Shah. All moderately educated people *roll their eyes* whenever he opens his mouth. I'm surprised to see how his entire family is oblivious to this very obvious perception. I would have cringed & died with embarrassment if I was even remotely related to him. Regarding Vedam, the only thing different about this film is that the main hero doesn't hog 80% of the screen time. I think MM Keeravani said that everybody thought "rendu kattulu oke aralo pattavu ani", but the director proved them wrong with this "multistarrer". Somebody please let all those people know that a Sholay with Amitabh & Dharm & Sanjeev Kumar is a called multistarrer. An Anand with Amitabh & Rajesh Khanna is called a multistarrer. Protagonists samavujjilu ayyi undaali, aa term apply cheyyataniki. Vedam looks like an offbeat subject & i wish it every success in the world.
